Street & Racing Technology (SRT) is the performance division of the Chrysler Corporation and was started with the development of the Dodge Viper in 1989. Later the SRT designation was used on performance enhanced vehicles in the Chrysler vehicle lineup. In 2013 SRT became Chrysler's performance brand, but became a performance designation again in 2014.
Chrysler Corporation have produced SRT editions of several car models; Chrysler 300, Chrysler Crossfire, Dodge Caliber, Dodge Challenger, Dodge Charger, Dodge Durango, Dodge Magnum, Dodge Neon, Dodge Viper, Jeep Grand Cherokee & Ram 1500.
